Terms and Conditions Policy

Welcome to Ur Mindset Matters, Mindsets & Milestones, DWF Consultants, DenKar Enterprises LLC, and Dennis W. Forbus (collectively referred to as “the Company”). By participating in our life and career coaching, corporate team building, and leadership development programs and workshops, or any other services offered by the above;(hereinafter referred to as “Services”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, in-person, or online the phone, or online; you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in our Services.

2. Services Offered

The Company provides various Services including, but not limited to:

- Life and career coaching

- Corporate team building activities

- Leadership Development programs and workshops

• Personal & Members of Contracted Businesses Assessments 

3. Client Responsibilities

Participants in our Services agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information during registration and participation.

- Actively engage in the coaching and training process, including assignments given to be done during the time together, or on your own time.

- Respect the confidentiality of other participants and the integrity of the programs.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for Services are due upon registration unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change fees and payment terms with prior notice. Payments can be made through the specified methods on our website.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellation by Participants:

Participants may cancel their registration for Services up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

A No-Show Fee of 50% will be administered when a client fails to show up for a scheduled interview, phone call, or meeting; if you’ve made an appointment, and not cancelled within the allotted time period. You can reschedule within 48 hours free, within 24 hours for the 20% rescheduling fee, or less than 24 hours, a No-Show Fee will be charged, you will also lose that appointment, or pay full price when you reschedule it. 

- Cancellations of Team Building & Leadership Development Training Sessions &/or Workshops must be cancelled before 30 days prior to the event. If cancelled 15-29 days prior to the event date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, or if rescheduled and paid in full, only 20% rescheduling fee will be charged. If cancelled 7-14 days prior to the event date, 50% will be charged with no exception. If cancellation is less than 7 days, prior to event date, no refund will be given and the full amount will be paid.  

- Cancellation by the Company:

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future program in such cases.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during the coaching sessions and workshops will remain confidential. Participants agree not to disclose any proprietary information or personal details shared by others during the program.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company, its staff, subcontractors, and any affiliated third parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our Services. Participants assume all risks associated with their involvement. We strive to bring out the full abilities you possess within, in order to provide the desired outcomes. However, self-will, self-discipline, self-motivation and more, are the proven factors to succeed in reaching your Milestones. In other words, we offer the proven tools to get you from point A to Point B, but it is the power within you that will always determine and dictate your outcomes. This keeps us from being able to guarantee that you will meet your goals or your desired outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Services, including presentations, handouts, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Company. Participants may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent. Our materials are copyrighted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and recognized throughout the United States. Once the contract has been signed by you, then, Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved and settled in the State of Alabama, through Arbitration.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our Services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
